Joel is supported by a strong network of activists, supporters and our local Cardiff North Councillors. Cardiff North is divided into eight council wards (Gabalfa, Health & Birchgrove, Lisvane, Llandaff North, Llanishen & Thornhill, Pontprennau & Old St Mellons, Rhiwbina & Pantmawr and Whitchurch & Tongwynlais) and Joel works across the Constituency.
In the Senedd, the Welsh Conservative Leader Paul Davies MS continues to support Joel’s campaign to be the next Senedd Member for Cardiff North.

Jonathan Morgan is the Chairman of Joel Williams' 2021 Cardiff North Election Campaign. Jonathan was previously Assembly Member for South Wales Central from 1999 - 2007 and the Assembly Member for Cardiff North from 2007 - 2011. Jonathan brings to the role his extensive political and campaigning experience.

Andrew RT Davies MS is the Senedd Member for South Wales Central and Leader of the Welsh Conservatives in the Senedd. Andrew and Joel meet on a regular basis where Joel updates Andrew on his campaign activity and Andrew shares updates from the Senedd Group on policy and pledges.

Jane Rogers
Community Outreach Co-Ordinator
Jane Rogers is the Community Outreach Co-Ordinator for Joel Williams' Election Campaign. Jane has extensive experience in voluntary roles and is a trustee of a local charity. Jane was previously a County Councillor representing the Ward of Pontprennau and Old St Mellons from 2008-2012 and a Member of Old St Mellons Community Council from 2004-2017.
